Details the PoB Ecosystem and the technical architecture

The architecture of the PoB ecosystem has 4 layers (from top to bottom):

* Application layer
* Physical Infrastructure Integration Layer
* Infrastructure, Security & Web3 layer
* Specification and Community layer (ecosystem)
